Apple Day

Vendors are bringing lots of apple-themed goodies this week. Sunshine Farm is bringing 4 different varieties of apples: crisp, juicy tart Macs; distinctly sweet and juicy Honey Crisp; mild, very sweet and crisp Gala great for eating directly; and slightly tart Cortlands for baking.  Tokava is bringing spiced chai cider. Dulce d Leche is making  scrumptious apple pies. Joyberry Mushrooms is bringing sweet apple jerky. Kabob House is bringing a luscious apple dessert. 1634 Meadery is bringing 2 apple meads. Crust will bring apple monkey bread.
